We do not contract with insurance companies or medicare for physical therapy services. Our goal is to be transparent with our costs and services so you know exactly what to expect financially.​

You can pay for services with card, FSA, or HSA. We can provide you with a superbill after each visit which you can submit to your health insurance company independently and you will be reimbursed based on your out of network benefits. ​

All sales are final and at the point of service and non refundable.
